1. I want a DVD title which can not be found in store, can you get it?
   Answer: Sorry we do not get titles on request. New titles are added often. So we may have that title sometime later. Please check back often.

2. There are so many songs shown in the pictures, how many DVD disks are there in this item?
   Answer: If you only see one DVD in the pictures, then it is one DVD item. All DVD's in the items are are shown in the pictures. Some DVD's are double-layer DVD that can contain much more content than normal DVD.

3. What is karaoke DVD?
   Answer: If the item description says the disk is karaoke, that mean you can turn off the original singer's voice and leave only the music on to sing the song. For all the karaoke DVD's in my store, they all have the original singers' voices, not just music.

4. Can you tell me which songs are in Cantonese or Mandarin?
   Answer: Most of the DVD's are not checked for the language because we do not have time to do so. But if you really needs to know about that information, please send us request for that. It may take some time for us to check and get back to you.

5. What region code and format are these DVD's?
   Answer: If the item description does not mention anything, then it is a all region NTSC format DVD. If the DVD is not all region or if it is in PAL format, there will be a notice in the DVD description.

6. Do you have the DVD box cover or artwork paper for the DVD?
   Answer: No, I do not have any of those, only the DVD disk exactly as shown. And we can not provide you any printed covers or labels for the DVD. You will only get the DVD disk.

7. Are the DVD's computer burned DVD_R?
   Answer: No. All DVD's are formally manufactured by licenced companies with best quality.

8. When will there be more new titles in your store?
   Answer: We get new titles often. They will be listed in the store from time to time. Please check back often.

9. If a title is sold out, will you get more of this title later?
   Answer: Most of the time we will not get more of the sold out titles. There were a lot of titles sold out before. Less than 10% of those titles will get relisted. The quantity for most of the DVD titles are low. Please do not wait until the titles you want are sold out.

1. Is it safe and secure to use your payment system?
   Answer: Absolutely! If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay by credit card, the transcation is also processed by PayPal securely. We do not receive, view or store any of your credit card information. And we will never ask you for your credit card info. If you pay with your PayPal account, our website will direct you to PayPal website for the payment. After the payment is complete, PayPal will transfer you back to our site. It is a very secure system. You only enter your PayPal password at PayPal website. No one including us will see your PayPal account info.

2. Is it OK if my address in PayPal is not confirmed?
   Answer: It is fine if your address is not confirmed. We will still take the payment.

3. Where do I send the check/money order or cash payment to?
   Answer: Please refer to the Payment & Shipping page in our website for the address.

4. I am a non-US international buyer, can I send check or money order for the payment?
   Answer: No. Sorry we can not take check or money order that is issued outside US. If you do not have a PayPal account, then you may pay by sending cash.

5. I am not a US buyer, if I send cash, can I send in my currency?
   Answer: We really prefer you send US dollars for cash payment. But if you really do not have US dollars, then you may convert the order total to the correct amount in your country's currency, then send that amount in your currency. In case if the amount is more than the order total in US Dollars, we will not issue any refund. If it is less than the order total, the order will not be sent until the full amount is received.

Shipping

1. Is the shipping cost $3 for each DVD?

1. Is the shipping cost $3 for each DVD?
   Answer: No. $3 for US & Canada and $5 for all other countries is the total shipping cost for each order. You may buy as many DVD's as you like in one order, the total shipping is only $3 (or $5).

2. How soon will the items be sent out after purchase?
   Answer: Usually the package is sent out within 1 - 2 days after the order is completed by the buyer.

3. Can you send the order righ away because I need it fast?
   Answer: We will try our best to send out the orders ASAP. But do not depend on it 100%. Even we send the order right away, it still could get delayed by postal service sometimes. So please order early if you need the items for some events.

4. If I live close by, can I pick up the order in person?
   Answer: No. Sorry we do not have time to meet with the buyers. The postage is very low, the time and gas will cost you much more than the shipping cost.

5. How long will it take for the international (outside US) order to arrive?
   Answer: All international orders are sent by AirMail. It usually takes between 1 - 2 weeks for the package to arrive.
